Human Resource Director - Danish Brewing Company EA Ltd/ Carlsberg
Mudasia Nicholas is Human Resource professional with over fourteen years’ experience in transforming organizations through the human resource agenda.
He has hands-on experience gained through national, continental and global assignments, where he has played a key role in aligning organizational strategy and human resource strategy. Through these assignments he has been able to position numerous brands as employers of choice within the different industries and countries, the brands include Danish Brewing Company – Carlsberg, Balton CP, Guaranty Trust Bank, MTN Group, Kenya Airways, United Nations, Java House, Nairobi Serena Hotel and the United Nations Millennium Campaign
Nicholas is currently the Human Resource Director at Danish Brewing Company East Africa Limited – Carlsberg. Prior to that he was a the group head of resource at Balton CP where he was in charge of human resources across the groups three arms of businesses i. e agriculture, technology and electromechanical across ten countries ( Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Zambia, Nigeria, Ghana, United Kingdom, Israel and Zimbabwe). He also served as the human resource manager at Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank). He also served as human resource and administration manager at Mobile Telephony Network (MTN Group) among other strategic senior human resource and administration roles he has held.
He holds a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from Makerere University, has a post graduate diploma in Human Resource from the College of Human Resources Management, holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Nairobi University and is currently enrolling for an International Executive Masters Programs
